Dana, the assistant answered 222 client emails this week and sent 4 to your team, all of them fee questions, which is exactly where we want the line drawn.

The gap to 15 hours is mostly month-end review. The QuickBooks and Karbon sync covers that, and it's running in parallel with your manual process now. Once we have Karbon admin access we can finish testing and switch it on. That should add about 4 hours a week, which takes you past 15.
